Join this 6 week summer program June 2-16.
This summer weightlifting camp is for all levels grades 7-12. We will be focusing on building balance in the body, forming proper technique in the olympic weightlifting movements and improving mobility. If you would like to register more than 1 child please use code SST at checkout of a discount!

3 Days Per Week: T\TH\SAT [18 sessions]
3 Weeks On [June 2 - June 20]
1 Week Off [June 21 - June 29]
3 Weeks On [June 30-July 18]
